Mentor Program for Secretaries


The Mentor Program was established in January 2016 to provide experienced staff of Thames Valley the opportunity to share information and knowledge in an open communication forum in pursuit of continuous professional learning.  Mentees are exposed to organizational, departmental and role specific information, which will assist in professional growth and development.  The Mentor/Mentees are provided with four half days of release/coverage funded through the Professional Learning Enhancement grant and the partnerships are formal for a full year.
